A member of our team will then contact you to arrange an interview time and forward you an 'Application Pack'.
At the interview you will be required to present the following documentation and information:
- Completed Application Form (included in the application pack)
- Current CV/Resume

Current certificate of qualification/s relevant to the industry
Ie: minimum qualification - Certificate III in Aged Care/Community Services/Health Services Assistance - Current RN / EN Div 2 Registration Form
- Nurse Practitioner Endorsement
- Hours of Service from previous employers
- Passport showing Visa work entitlements (if applicable)
- IELTS test results (if applicable)
- Bank Details – BSB and Account Numbers
- Tax File Number
- Superannuation Fund information including member number
- Current First Aid / CPR qualifications
- Current Police Check / Blue Card / DSQ Card
- Drivers licence and any other licence/s that are industry requirements
- Two (2) referees
- Hepatitis B Serology Report
Staff members are also required to have their own transport.
