Hi Noel,

I appreciate your feedback - re assessments etc and taking the time to help us better understand what is required as potential AIN's in Aged Care. I have to say as well, many thanks for your power point handouts - I know you go beyond what is required of you and they are no doubt very time consuming to put together. Your knowledge and experience is very valuable to us students. Cheers Tania

I am a student that was very apprehensive of attempting to do my Cert III Aged Care and also whether I would be able to achieve this challenge with a good result. As I progressed through the units for Aged Care, each one became easier and I found the support that came from the Director - Nicole Hood, Educator - Jenny Neale and staff of the recruitment division encouraged me to achieve this certificate and that my age (68 years) would not stop me from achieving my goal - Cert III Aged Care. To achieve a goal at this time in my life has given me great personal satisfaction to go on further to complete more studies on dementia and provide the care for the aged that is expected today and in the future. This is a great career to pursue and upgrade personal skills for any age group. Thank you Blue Stone Medical & Professional for giving me the confidence that I have gained and for believing in myself that anyone can do it - "I did it in 6 months"

Thank you Blue Stone Medical & Professional for the support and encouragement provided while I attended my class - Cert III Aged Care. Your Educator - Jenny Neale made the course interesting and informative. Since I have finished my training with Jenny, I have been offered a position at a nearby facility and I have loved being back in the work force. I would recommend Blue Stone Medical & Professional to anyone who is considering to complete their Cert III Aged Care.

I am a matured aged student who wanted a different career direction and having the opportunity to study the Cert III Aged Care with Blue Stone Medical & Professional has given me that opportunity. The course units were easy to follow and Jenny made our classroom environment very enjoyable and informative. The educators and staff at Blue Stone Medical & Professional are fantastic and are always available for assistance. Studying this course has given me the confidence I needed to gain my career in Aged Care. Now I am working in the Aged Care industry, it is a very rewarding career path and I would not hesitate in recommending other students to study their Cert III Aged Care with Blue Stone Medical & Professional who want a satisfying career

I only have positive things to say about Blue Stone Medical & Professional's training division: I have been studying with Blue Stone Medical & Professional as a mature aged student and in that time I have found that all the staff demonstrated a wonderful initiative and a positive attitude. A special "thank you" to accredited trainer - Kate Hind for her knowledge and experience in Pathology, interesting and informative class room activities and her great sense of humour. "Thank you" to Nicole Hood for encouraging me to achieve a personal change and to turn my passion into a profession. I would have no hesitation in recommending Blue Stone Medical & Professional to any potential student.

Thank you to Blue Stone for this course, which has afforded me the chance to re-enter the workforce in my chosen field.  I wish to also thank Shane Page for his tutelage (and patience) and outstanding performance as our trainer.

Noelene from Blue Stone Medical is the trainer for Indigenous trainees undertaking Certificate III in Aged Care at Blue Care, through the Indigenous Employment Program. Noelene is a wonderful representative for Blue Stone Medical and I have no hesitation in recommending Noelene and Blue Stone Medical to other organisations.

Noelene supports the Indigenous trainees with dedication, care, awareness & understanding.

Noelene’s expertises include awareness of cultural responsibilities, obligation and the different learning styles.

Under Blue Care’s Indigenous Employment Program, it is my responsibility to mentor and give cultural support to the Indigenous employees in particular the trainees and I feel completely comfortable that Noelene is the trainer. Noelene and I work closely together to achieve the best outcome for the trainee over the last 12 months.

Noelene manages for our trainees to meet their mile stones and to complete their modules and the qualifications in due time.

Trainees have mentioned to me on several occasions that Noelene has always been approachable and reliable and looks to the bigger picture then just the training for the trainees. This is a credit to Noelene and to Blue Stone Medical and I hope our work together extends further over the coming years.
