At Blue Medical Drug Testing & Training Solutions we believe that most accidents/incidents and injuries are preventable and that our field staff should not be subjected to any adversities, especially in the workplace.


The safety of our field staff and their co-workers is paramount so all of our staff undergo a WPH&S induction prior to being placed with any of our clients.

We carry out WH&S inspections on all new clients we or if there have been changes in any of the sites we currently supply to. This is a working relationship between us and the client. We can and do from time to time make recommendations for various changes generally prior to job commencement but in some cases we will remove field staff immediately from site should there be any likelihood of an incident.


WH&S orientation checklist for our field staff:

Our operational and field staff are reminded to gather the following information about a client's work site:


1. Complete their orientation on site.
2. Find out where their policies and procedures are kept.
3. Find out their emergency evacuation procedures.
4. Find out the location of their documentation procedures.
5. Find out the location of incident / accident reports.
6. Location of staff toilets
7. Policy on smoking on the client's premise

8. Visitor Sign on / off folder

The aim of our WH&S policy is to minimise the risk of illness and injury within the work place. 


Due to the nature of our work, we can't control the work environment at times, but we can educate and train our field staff to work safely within these sites and report anything they feel is not safe.
